and i don't know that they're actually *letting* me so much as just kinda winking and nodding, y'know? like, i'm pretty sure there's a boss about four levels above me who'll flip her lid when she sees it tomorrow (and she *will* see it tomorrow, trust me), but around here, there's a fine line between "criticizing unprofessional image" and "sexual harassment." :) i figure, if i go in on monday in one of my most conservative suits, with blue hair, i still present a professional image and no one can complain. and then after that i can do whatever i want, right?

ahhhhhh, i see. yeah, no, see people would *totally* bitch me out for it. :( ah, well.

it's okay, actually.....it's weird, i think i'm being sucked into corporate mindset. cause really, as much fun as it is to think about having blue hair, i don't necessarily really *want* it anymore.

i'd still go red, i think, but like, no redder than angela on my so-called life, which wasn't really that *red* (for as big a deal as it was to like, her family and everything).

i'm gonna get my hair dyed in florida. i haven't figured out what color yet, but i'm gonna do it. so yeah.

got it on 1 april :) replaced the big clunker you remember sitting in the street in front of my house. said beloved clunker moved north to my sister-in-law, where he has a new family and a good job.

and no, we haven't found out yet! the person who makes these decisions got a call from us on monday, and he was all, "oh yeah, i meant to get to those last week...i'll try to get to them this week..." GRRRRRRR

but the coasts are now an option as well. so that's something. not such great jobs, but good locations.

We found a place today in Cambridge. I am so excited. It's within walking distance of the city centre and the train and Underground stations. Hopefully we will move in sometime next week. I can't wait.
